Shredded Pork Burritos


3 lbs pork roast or pork butt
12 oz can of coca cola (not generic)
16 oz jar of salsa ( I prefer On the Border brand)
2 cups light brown sugar


Mix all the above ingredients together in a crock pot and add pork. Cook on low for about 10 hours or until pork begins to fall apart.

I like to serve this burrito style. In a flour tortilla, I add the pork, white rice (cooked), black beans, and shredded cheese. Then I roll the burrito and put red enchilada sauce on top with a little more cheese. Zip in microwave for a few seconds. Pull out of microwave and garnish with lettuce and sour cream.
