2 cans of cream of chicken
8 oz cream cheese
Bag of frozen peas
Bag of frozen carrots
3-4 chicken breasts
Ritz crackers
shredded cheddar cheese
Cook the chicken, peas, and carrots. Mix the cream of chicken and cream cheese. Take all ingredients when vegetables and chicken are done and mix them together in a casserole dish. Crush a sleeve of Ritz crackers and sprinkle them on top of the casserole along with the shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
