2.5 lbs ground chuck
2 cans Italian tomato sauce
2 cans Rotel
1 large can whole tomatoes
1 jar mild salsa
1 small can chili powder
2 cans chili beans
2 cans light red kidney beans
2 cans dark red kidney beans
diced onion, salt, pepper
Brown the ground chuck and drain all grease off the meat. Combine all other ingredients in a large pan and cook on low. After meat is drained, add it to pan and continue to cook on low for approximately 1 hour.
