2 cups cooked chicken breasts
2 cups cooked rice
3/4 cups chopped celery
1 cup seedless grapes, cut in halves or fourths
1/2 cup silvered almonds
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar
Mix thoroughly and add salt and pepper to taste.
In a separate bowl, mix 1/2-3/4 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup milk. when texture is soupy, add to above ingredients. Lastly add 1 small can mandarian oranges.
