desired amount of each of the following:
chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
Ham
cheese (swiss is my preference)
buttermilk
cornflakes
toothpicks
Flatten out your chicken breasts. Place a piece of ham and cheese on it. Roll it up and stick a toothpick through it to hold into place. Dip in buttermilk and crushed corn flakes. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done.
