Cream Cheese Pound Cake
1 1/2 sticks of butter
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups flour (sifted)
1/4 tsp salt
Mix butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add sugar and cream thoroughly. Add eggs and salt. Sift flour in. Grease bundt pan (and flour it) and pour in mixture.
Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
