Pumpkin Muffins


4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 can 16oz pumpkin
1.5 cups vegetable oil
3 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups (12 Oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips

In a bowl, beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin, and oil until smooth. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir well and mix into pumpkin mixture. Fold chocolate chips into mixture. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 400 for 16-20 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Makes 24 muffins.
