3/4 cups margarine (1.5 sticks)
3 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
7 oz marshmallow cream
1 tsp vanilla

Lightly grease 8x8 or 9x13 pan. Microwave margarine in 4 quart bowl on high until melted. Add sugar and milk, mix well. Microwave 4 minutes or until starts to boil, stirring after 3 minutes. Gradually stir in chocolate chips until melted, add remaining ingredients. Cool at room temperature. Makes 3 pounds.
