Mandarian Orange Cake

yellow cake mix (dry)
2 eggs
2 cans mandarin oranges (drain juice from 1 but save the juice)
Mix the above and bake at 350. When done, poke holes with a fork across the top of cake and pour mandarin juice over it. I also add pineapple juice too.

Next take a small amount of whip cream, 1 can crushed pineapple (without juice) and add a dry lemon or vanilla pudding. Mix them and spread over the top of the cake.

Lasagna

1 box lasagna noodles
16oz ground beef or more
2 cans tomato sauce ( I like the garlic, basil, and oregano blend)

Brown ground beef and drain excess grease. Add tomato sauce to meat and any desired seasoning (basil, garlic, oregano...whatever you like) Flavor to taste. I like to cook my meat with onion and bell pepper too.

Next spray bottom of casserole dish with PAM. Then begin to layer, often I put a small amount of tomato sauce on the bottom of the pan as well. Layer noodles, meat, noodles, cottage cheese, small amount of mozzarella cheese, noodles, meat, and mozzarella cheese.
